CLEAN OUT WARDROBE
Go through all your clothing items you no longer wear or need. Make sure they are clean, have no stains and in good condition.
Well maintained items are more likely to sell!

RENT A RACK
Go to Rent a Rack on the Rack Restyle website to book your rack space. Choose a date and time that works for you to bring in your items.
Pay the booking fee to secure your spot!

CREATE BARCODE AND PRICE ITEMS
Download the Zellr app or sign in on desktop. Follow the prompts to enter details about the brand, size and description. Price your items relative to similar items in the market. Zellr will generate barcodes that you can print and attach to your items.

BRING YOUR ITEMS TO RACK RESTYLE
On your selected date, check in with staff upon arrival who will guide you through the process. Neatly set up your items on your Rack Restyle rack. We'll take care of the rest!

START MAKING MONEY
Use Zellr to track your sales in real-time and top up your rack if sales are doing well.
At the end of the selling period, collect any items that didn't sell and check your account - your earnings will be on the way!
Rack Restyle pays earnings within a week after your rack wraps up.
FAQs
HOW DO I CREATE BARCODES? You'll create barcodes using Zellr. Important: Use the Brand, Colour, Size format in item descriptions and include your rack number on all barcodes. This helps us match tags to the correct items if they get switched. You must print barcodes from Zellr (not the app) before setting up your rack. Use thick paper or reinforce the tags so they don't tear. Most sellers use string or safety pins to attach them. Leave your hangers at home—we’ll provide them. No barcode = no sale, so double-check everything!
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TO PRICE MY ITEMS? You want to "price to sell". Think about how much you'd pay for this item second hand. Usually it's around a 3rd of what you paid for the item originally. Keep in mind we take 15% of all sales!
HOW MANY ITEMS FIT ON THE RACK? There isn't a set amount of items however we recommend 45 hanging items and 3 pairs of shoes or handbags. You want to leave enough space for people to browse your rack with ease.
WHAT SELLS THE BEST? Think about what's in season. In summer, summer pieces will sell, in winter, knits and jackets. You can sell any label you love to wear just make sure it's clean and in good condition!
WHEN CAN I SET UP MY RACK? Set up your rack 30 minutes after opening on the first day of your rack rental. We provide coat hangers and any security tags you may need. Please ensure you arrive 1 hour before closing on the last day of your rack rental. If you cannot make it on your last day of rental to pick up your items, a $15 pack down fee will be put on your account.
WHAT IF SALES ARE SLOW? This may be because your pricing is too high. We can mark down your rack and run a % off to get more people to shop your rack.
WHAT IF SALES ARE BETTER THAN EXPECTED? You have the option to top up your rack with more clothing! Follow your sales on Zellr and if things are moving quickly, create new barcodes and pop in to store to fill your rack!
